Did you know? Our 6ft to 12ft wide polytunnels are designed so that no item is longer than 8ft. This means that we can deliver to your home. You can then put your unpacked polytunnel into your car and drive to your allotment!

And . . All perishable parcels are shrink-wrapped in heavy duty polythene to ensure they arrive with you in one piece, clean and dry.

We aim to despatch your order on the following working day after receiving your order. Orders are desptached by an independent carrier company, typically on a Two Day Service to most of the UK. Outlying areas such as northern parts of Scotland may take up to 5 days.

FIELD SHELTERS are despatched around 5 - 8 working days after receiving your order.

SHEEP HOUSES are despatched around 8 - 12 working days after receiving your order.

When your order is delivered, please check that you have received the correct number of parcels and that they are not damaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please write this on the carrier company's delivery note.

You must inform us within 5 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the carrier company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

We closely monitor the performance of the Carrier Companies that we use to ensure that you receive the service you expect. Occasionally errors are made but we cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss resulting from late delivery.
